Party Barge Bonanza!
When: Monday, June 8th , from 1000am to 4pm, .
Where: The “Just for Fun” party barge Boat ramp, location at the Silver Lake Marina, lake grapevine - www.jff.net/grapevine/. The boat has toilet facilities And a propane barbecue grill.
Cost: $25.00, includes the cost of the “club fred” boat rental and the food! Bring a check to coach this week made out to the HHS Swim and Dive booster club.
Directions: From the Carrollton Area:
- Take 121 like you are going to DFW airport and exit at the Bass Pro Drive exit.
- Right on Bass Pro Drive
- Left on 26
- Right on Fairway Drive
- Left on Marina Drive
- First left to go to the boat ramp parking. Park in the upper level grass parking lot and walk down to the pier
What to Bring: water guns, floats, etc and a folding table if you have one - your comfortable chair if you want – swim gear, goggles, etc

Regional Swim Meet
Congratulations to the swim and dive team at the Regional Swim meet on February 14.
- Girls tied for 7th place.
- The boys placed 9th.
- Taylor Temple qualified for state in the 100 fly and the 100 breaststroke shattering school records and achieving All American time standards in both events.
- In diving, Alexandra Savage qualifying for Regional finals and placed fifth in one meter diving.
- Quan Tran qualified for Regional Finals in the 100 fly and the 100 backstroke setting school records in both of those events.
- Kameron Kilpatrick set a school record in the 200 Freestyle.
- The boys 200 Medley qualified for Regional Finals placing 6th.
- The boys 200 Freestyle Relay qualified for Regional Finals placing 5th. The boys set a school record in the 200 Freestyle Relay which consisted of Quan Tran, Graham Rutledge, Daniel Tolan, and Daniel Cardiel.
- The boys set a school record in the 400 Freestyle Relay which consisted of Quan Tran, Graham Rutledge, Daniel Cardiel, and Kameron Kilpatrick.
